Senior Copywriter / Copy Supervisor / Creative Lead (3–5 Years) –

We're looking for someone who's graduated from writing good copy to chasing great ideas. Your portfolio whether it's client work, passion projects, or spec ads—already hints at what you're capable of. You enjoy solving creative problems, pushing ideas beyond the obvious, and crafting work that leaves a lasting impact.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, welcomes responsibility, and is ready to lead ideas before officially leading people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop compelling creative concepts and copy across digital, social, integrated, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
- Own projects from brief to execution,



ensuring consistency, quality, and creative excellence.
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating the strategic thinking behind the work.
- Mentor junior writers by providing constructive feedback and helping elevate the overall quality of creative output.
- Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Stay curious about culture, trends, and emerging platforms to create work that's relevant and effective.
- Continuously refine ideas through collaboration, feedback, and experimentation.
