Role Description The Creative Design and Production Control role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The role involves developing event design concepts, creating layouts and visual elements, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to translate ideas into reality.

Daily responsibilities include preparing design mock-ups, overseeing fabrication and setup, monitoring production timelines, and ensuring that all materials and installations meet quality and safety standards.





Ti manage and troubleshoot design or production issues, and maintain clear documentation of specifications, budgets, and approvals.

Collaboration with clients, decorators, technical teams, and suppliers is essential to ensure that each event is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the overall creative vision.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and interpret event design concepts, mood boards, and layouts using relevant design tools or software.
- Experience coordinating production schedules, managing vendors, and overseeing fabrication or installation for events or related industries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality control, with the capacity to review materials, finishes, and setups on-site.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Comfort with on-ground event work, including supervising setups, handling last-minute changes, and resolving operational issues.
- Working knowledge of basic budgeting and cost estimation for design and production elements.
- Prior experience in event management, interior design, stage design, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in design, event management, or a similar discipline is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
