The Role

We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer who's genuinely excited about design in all its forms — someone equally happy laying out a carousel, cutting a short-form video, or exploring logo directions. You'll work closely with senior designers and the creative lead, learning the craft while contributing real work to real projects from day one. This is a broad, hands-on role built for someone who wants to become a well-rounded creative.

What You'll Do

Design across formats — social posts, digital ads, presentations, brand collateral, and web graphics — under the guidance of senior team members.

Support branding projects: exploring logo, typography, and color directions and helping build out identity systems.

Edit and assemble short-form video and simple motion graphics for social and campaign use.

Take feedback well and iterate quickly, turning rough briefs and reference into polished, on-brand output.

Keep files, assets,



and design libraries organized and production-ready.

Stay curious about trends, tools, and formats, and bring fresh references and ideas into brainstorms.

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of design experience, including internships, freelance, or strong personal/academic projects.

A portfolio that shows range and a good eye — layout, type, color, and composition. We care more about thinking and taste than a long resume.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma. Familiarity with video/motion tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) is a strong plus.

Solid design fundamentals: hierarchy, spacing, typography, and consistency.

A collaborative, coachable attitude — you ask questions, take notes, and want to get better fast.

Reliability with deadlines and comfort juggling a few projects at once.

Nice to Have

Motion design or video editing chops.

Basic understanding of social platform formats and what performs.

Illustration, 3D, or hand-lettering skills.
