Position Title Corporate Quality Assurance Officer Function CQA Grade Officer Grade II Educational Qualification MSc Food Technologist or equivalent Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in similar domain Desired Competencies Valuable Communication skills written and verbal Analytical skills Data collection management and analysis Skilled in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Expertise on excel working on spread sheets is essential Familiar with FSSAI and regulations - knowledge related to FSSAI on regulatory issues or any other legal statutory requirement Flexible approach to routine scheduling KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for preparation and circulation of monthly and quarterly MIS reports which includes Mancom data Food safety product complaints etc Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and timely circulation of the reports Conducting monthly product evaluations along with the panellists analysis preparation and circulation of the evaluation report Devise sampling procedures and directions for CQI evaluation at region recording and reporting quality data as per the BIL norms Responsible for review of the reports received from external lab of the finished goods and water as per the frequency based on the internal and FSSAI guidelines Monitor and report on regulatory compliance activities Coordinate for the Product approval with stakeholders Responsible for document management systems- to Ensure control and circulation of Manuals as and when required Ensure timely readiness of the stencils for existing and new product as per the SOP and its circulation Others- Performs other duties as assigned
