Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Certification Counsellor to guide learners, understand their career goals, and help them choose suitable AI certification programs. The role involves learner counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:





- Counsel students and working professionals on AI certification programs.
- Explain course structure, benefits, career opportunities, and certification details.
- Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Follow up with prospective learners and resolve queries.
- Maintain CRM updates and track lead progress.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in EdTech counselling, inside sales, or certification sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with solid customer handling abilities.
