Role Description The Costing & Billing Manager - Interior Fit Out is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, managing project budgets, and ensuring accurate and timely billing in line with contractual terms. The manager oversees invoicing, tracks receivables, reconciles billing records, and coordinates with project, procurement, and finance teams to validate costs and variations.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing work orders, monitoring project progress for billing milestones, analyzing costing data, and supporting revenue forecasting.



The role also includes implementing and improving billing processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

Robust knowledge of billing operations, including Billing Process and Invoicing, with experience in project-based environments.

Hands-on experience working with Billing Systems and tools used to manage and track project costs and invoices.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing cost estimates, tracking variances, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, including receivables tracking, collections, and coordination with finance.

Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries, with familiarity in BOQs, contracts, and vendor pricing.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant ERP or project management software.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
