nWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Cost Accountant with strong domain expertise in ESR and forging operations, specifically within the defence manufacturing segment. The role requires a professional who can drive cost efficiency, develop robust costing systems, and support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain accurate product costing for ESR and forging processes

- Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overheads) and identify cost optimization opportunities

- Prepare detailed cost sheets for defense-grade products

- Design andimplement new costing systems, controls, and MIS frameworks

- Drive automation and digitization initiatives in costing and reporting

- Hands-on working experience in SAP (CO, MM, PP modules preferred)

- Ensure accurate cost capture and reporting through SAP systems

- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts

- Monitor actual performance vs budget and report deviations

- CMA qualified with 5–10 years of relevant experience

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP environment

- High level of analytical and problem-solving ability
