Role Description The Corporate Trainer – AI will design, deliver, and continuously improve AI-focused training programs for corporate clients and internal teams in a full-time, remote capacity. This role involves developing curriculum and training materials on AI concepts, tools, and platforms, including preparing presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments aligned with industry and client requirements.

The trainer will conduct virtual instructor-led sessions, workshops, and mentoring engagements, adapting teaching methods to diverse learner profiles and levels of experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching emerging AI technologies, updating course content, collaborating with stakeholders to customize training solutions,



and tracking learner progress through feedback and performance metrics. The role also requires maintaining high training quality standards, contributing to new course development, and supporting pre-sales demos or webinars as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in core AI domains such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data science fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess practical skills with AI tools and platforms, such as Python for AI/ML, popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI).
- Candidates should possess instructional design and training delivery skills, including curriculum development, creating training materials, and facilitating interactive virtual sessions.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences in clear, accessible language.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills to stay current with AI advancements and integrate current trends and best practices into training content.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using digital collaboration and learning tools (e.g., LMS platforms, video conferencing tools, and online lab environments).
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training engagements and meet deadlines in a remote work

Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), AI agent development, and applying AI to automate and enhance day-to-day business workflows.
