Role Description The Corporate Storyteller (Video & Social Media) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for crafting engaging narratives about SharePoint Designs solutions and culture through short- and long-form video content and social media campaigns. Daily tasks include planning and scripting video stories, coordinating shoots, capturing footage, and collaborating with team members to highlight client success stories and internal initiatives.

Storyteller will manage social media channels, optimize content for various platforms, and ensure consistent brand messaging across visual and written materials. The person in this role will also analyze audience engagement metrics to refine storytelling approaches and support broader marketing and communication efforts.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and writing skills to develop transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

- Storytelling and editorial skills to craft compelling narratives across video and social media formats.

- Photography skills to capture high-quality images that complement video and social content.

- Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and basic motion graphics, is highly beneficial.

- Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible stories for diverse audiences.

- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas clearly.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
