About the Role We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager B2B Sales to drive business growth by acquiring SMEs and mid-sized businesses through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored business solutions to founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new SME and mid-sized business clients through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present and sell B2B visibility solutions, memberships, and business services based on client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.




- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, relationship management, or business development.
