Role Description The Corporate Relations Specialist – FMCG (Nutraceuticals) is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role focuses on building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients, wellness partners, and institutional buyers for Fitspire’s nutraceutical product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential corporate partners, presenting product offerings, and negotiating agreements that support business growth.

The Specialist will coordinate with internal teams to design corporate wellness programs, manage client onboarding, and ensure timely communication, training, and support to corporate stakeholders. The role also involves tracking relationship metrics, preparing periodic reports, and representing the brand at corporate events and industry forums to strengthen Fitspire’s presence in the health and wellness FMCG sector.

Qualifications

Strong Corporate Relations and business development skills,



with experience managing corporate or institutional accounts in FMCG or nutraceuticals.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage confidently with corporate stakeholders at multiple levels.

Training and presentation abilities to deliver product knowledge sessions, wellness workshops, and onboarding support for corporate clients.

Solid Organization Skills, including time management, follow-up, and documentation of corporate interactions and agreements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Knowledge of the nutraceuticals, health, or wellness industry and familiarity with corporate wellness initiatives.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools to manage client databases, proposals, and reporting.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a strong customer-focused mindset.
