3. Good Knowledge on Material Selection, Machining and Fabrication process and post processing operations.
4. Thorough knowledge in calculations to define structures/loads, choose the right OEMs and its accessories in the market. Example – Linear Guides, Motors, gearbox, bearings, etc.
5. Pro-efficient in Sheet metal design
6. Valuable knowledge on using sheet metal applications wherever necessary.
7. Pro-efficient in creating manufacturing drawings, defining tolerances with GD&T;
8. Pro-efficient in UG NX is a must
9. Knowledge in Structural Analysis
10. Awareness on Manufacturing techniques
11. Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
12. Semiconductor Industry and SPM background is added advantage
