Copywriter / Content Writer

Location: On-site at Sunlight Sports Studio LLP · Type: Full-time Experience: 0–1 year (Marketing, Social media, e-commerce, D2C, or agency background preferred) About the Role

We're looking for a copywriter who is, first and foremost, a reader. Someone who knows the weight of a well-placed metaphor and the rhythm of a well-timed paragraph. You'll write across everything we put out, from product pages to campaigns, shaping how we sound to a sports and youth-culture audience that can spot a generic line from a mile away. What You'll Do

Write across formats: product pages, performance ads, social media, website copy, and full campaigns each with its own tone and constraints

Adapt one idea across many shapes: The same concept needs to work as a 15-second video script, a static ad and a marketplace listing without losing its edge.

Partner with design and marketing early: Shaping the concept alongside the team, not just writing captions after the visuals are locked.

Stay plugged into what's current: Remain up to date with Sports News, youth culture shifts and trending formats, so the content feels timely instead of recycled.





Generate ideas on your own steam: You must be able to take a single concept(or a one-line prompt) and come back with ideas, rather than waiting to be told exactly what to write. What We're Looking For

0–1 year of copywriting experience: Marketing, E-commerce, D2C, or agency background preferred.

A genuine feel for sports and youth culture, not just familiarity with the categories.

Good instinct for what will land with an audience and resonate versus what will quietly flop.

Self-starter mindset, someone comfortable taking initiative.

A portfolio that showcases your mind just as much as your abilities.

Standard office hours, Monday–Saturday, with flexibility during major festivals and events. Industry
