About the Role

Nailinit is looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter to craft compelling, engaging, and brand-focused content across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have experience writing advertising copy, scripts, website content, product descriptions, email campaigns, PR content, and overall brand communication while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

- Write persuasive ad copy for digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
- Develop engaging video scripts, campaign scripts, reels, brand films, and promotional content.
- Create compelling website copy, including landing pages, homepage content, category pages, and SEO-friendly content.
- Write clear, informative, and conversion-focused product descriptions for e-commerce platforms.
- Create high-performing email marketing copy, newsletters, promotional emails, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Draft PR content, including press releases, media notes, brand announcements, and communication materials.
- Develop consistent and impactful brand communication across social media, packaging, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing channels.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with Nailinit's brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.




- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to create relevant and engaging content.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Optimize content for engagement, conversions, and SEO where required.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Brand Content Specialist.
- Strong experience in writing advertising copy, scripts, website content, product descriptions, email campaigns, and PR content.
- Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, marketing communication, and consumer psychology.
- Familiarity with SEO writing principles and digital marketing content.
- Ability to write for different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, FMCG, Fashion, or Consumer Brands will be highly preferred.
- Experience writing for e-commerce brands and performance marketing campaigns is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
