Hiring: Contracts Manager | Construction Projects

We are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to support large-scale commercial construction projects.

Location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle contract interpretation, variation orders, extension of time (EOT), claims, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and project requirements.
- Lead contractual correspondence, notifications, risk assessments, and commercial negotiations.
- Review project progress against contractual milestones and proactively mitigate commercial risks.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, procurement, and project teams on all contractual matters.
- Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, and contract award processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure effective contract governance.

Mandatory Requirements:




- 12-18 years of experience in Contracts & Commercial Management within the construction industry.
- Strong experience on Corporate IT Parks and/or Data Centre projects.
- Hands-on experience in Tendering, Contract Administration, and Claims Management.
- Good understanding of construction laws, contractual frameworks (FIDIC/other standard forms), and statutory compliances.
- Experience handling variations, EOT, commercial claims, liquidated damages (LDs), and contractual negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
- Willingness to work in a site-based role.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
