We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental & Chinese All-Rounder Chef to join our café located near the Kolkata Airport.

You will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations.
- Plan, prepare, and oversee Continental and Chinese cuisine.
- Inspect all dishes before they are served to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage food preparation processes and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and order kitchen equipment and raw materials as required.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
- Expertise in both Continental and Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in India and Tandoor is a Plus

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month Perks: Free accommodation and meals provided.
