- Responsible for preparing the Strategic Business Plans for Marine engines Business in Defense and Commercial Marine Markets
- Ability to drive the expansion of Marine Business in both Domestic and International Markets
- Possesses a Growth Mind-set - Working towards Channel Management (fishery business), Growth Avenues (Make Projects, Current Platforms – DV16/K43, HHP Propulsion packages)
Responsible for monthly reviews of the function - OB, sales, collection, profitability, and due date performance (Nil LD). People -
- Collaboration - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- Work with the BU Leadership Team and team under to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.

- Experience with corporate governance and proven negotiation skills.
Education - B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA would be ideal.
