Job Title: Content Writer - Training and Development

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Role Type: Full-Time

Experience (YOE): 2–5 years (experience in writing training content, L&D;, or instructional design preferred; QSR/retail exposure is an advantage)

Role Description:

This role is responsible for building structured, scalable, and easy-to-understand training content for café operations. The individual will partner with operations teams to translate on-ground processes into clear learning modules that drive consistency, efficiency, and capability across teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Own end-to-end creation, simplification, and standardisation of training modules across SOPs, decks, videos, and on-ground aids

- Translate operational processes into clear, actionable training content for frontline teams

- Develop diverse training formats including scripts,



videos, presentations, and flashcards

- Leverage Microsoft Office and AI tools to create, enhance, and scale training materials

- Build and manage training content and resource collaterals for café operations (baristas, area managers, city managers preferred)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

- Prior experience in training content, L&D;, or instructional design

Core Competencies:

- Solid writing and content simplification skills

- Ability to translate complex operations into structured learning material

- High attention to detail and quality

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
