Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Content Writer to develop high-quality proposal documents for government, corporate, startup, and funding opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong business writing skills and the ability to translate technical and financial information into explicit, compelling, and persuasive proposal documents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, write, review, and edit business, financial, technical, and funding

- Develop proposal content for government tenders, grants, startup Fundings, RCD projects, and investor

- Collaborate with technical, finance, and business development teams to gather information and prepare comprehensive techno-commercial

- Draft technical narratives, project methodologies, implementation plans, executive summaries, company profiles, capability statements, and project concept

- Prepare financial sections, including budget narratives, cost estimates, pricing justifications, and commercial

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to strengthen proposal

- Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission

- Maintain proposal templates, content repositories,



and supporting documentation for future

- Proofread and review documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional

- Manage multiple proposal assignments while ensuring timely

submission and supporting business development initiatives through high-quality documentation and presentations.

Qualifications s Skills

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business Administration,

Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA or masters degree is preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, bid management, grant writing, or business

- Experience in preparing techno-commercial, financial, or funding proposals will be an added

- Strong proposal and business writing skills with excellent command of written

- Good understanding of tender documentation, financial proposals, budgeting, and cost

- Strong research, analytical, proofreading, and documentation management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and

- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines in a fast-paced
