Our client is a well-established brand in wellness industry committed to delivering seamless, user-first experiences across the customer lifecycle. They are looking for a CRM Content Manager (UI/UX Writer – CRM & Lifecycle) to design and execute communication strategies that drive activation, retention, referrals, and long-term engagement.

Location: Gurugram (5 days work from office)

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Journey Design: Map and optimize lifecycle communication flows across onboarding, activation, retention, and referral stages.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Create and manage content for WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Email.
- UX Writing & Product Content: Write transparent, concise, and user-centric copy that enhances product experiences and guides users through key actions.
- Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with CRM, Product,



and Marketing teams to design campaigns that improve engagement metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics and A/B testing to refine messaging, tone, and delivery for maximum impact.
- Consistency & Brand Voice: Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive user experience across touchpoints.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UX Writing, Product Content, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Communication.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and executing customer journeys across WhatsApp, Push, In-App, and Email.

Preferred Skills
- Background in consumer tech, healthtech, D2C, edtech, or fintech sectors.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
