Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and refine various types of content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Lead and manage a team of content writers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align content with company goals.
- Research industry trends and integrate best practices into content strategies.
- Oversee content creation workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

- Robust writing and editing skills with excellent grammatical proficiency.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for producing polished content.
- Bachelor's degree in Literature, Mass Communication, or related fields (preferred).
- Prior experience in editing or content management (a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
