Content hustler who can tell the story of a brand or product in one clean lane — that's who we're looking for, fresher or someone with less than 2 years of experience, with a real path to full-time employment.
If you can read a room before you write a single line, understand what makes people stay and listen, and can take a scattered idea and turn it into one clear, tight story of a brand or product — this one's for you.
We're TAC, and we're building India's first OTT learning platform in the creative space. Not another course library — the one place any creative learner in India thinks of first. And we want you in the room while it's still being built from scratch, not after it's already figured out.
? Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
? Any graduate
? Fresher or less than 2 years of experience
? Internship/Full-time (based on experience) Who's TAC?
TAC (The Art Code) is a Hyderabad-based EdTech startup giving non-engineering grads — BA, BCom, BBA, BSc — from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in AP and Telangana a real shot at creative and digital careers.
Our whole philosophy: 30% learning, 70% doing. We're DPIIT-recognized, NSDC-affiliated, and moving quick across offline campuses, our OTT platform, and new verticals. Early-stage means high ownership — this isn't a job where you wait for instructions. What you'll actually be doing
Audience Reading — figure out exactly who we're talking to (Students, Life Seekers, Side Hustlers across AP and Telangana), and what makes them actually stay and listen
Behaviour-Backed Content — write from how the audience actually thinks and talks, not from assumptions
Single-Lane Storytelling — take a scattered idea or brief and tell it in one clear, focused story, no clutter, no jumping between five different angles
Content-to-Conversion — take someone from noticing us, to being interested, to actually signing up, own that entire journey through your content
Branding Voice — help shape and protect TAC's tone across everything, reels, captions, scripts, ads, so it always feels like us
Platform-Native Thinking — write differently for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp — know that a story that works on Reels needs a different shape on a landing page
Testing & Doubling Down — track what's actually landing (views, shares, saves, sign-ups) and lean harder into what's working, not just what you personally like
You'll be working closely with a team of 4-5 people across content, product, and market who hustle the same way — folks who love cracking new, different ways to make the product go viral. No solo silos here, everyone's building together. This is you if:
You're a hustler at heart — you don't wait for a brief, you spot the opportunity yourself
You can clock a market and an audience quickly, and know exactly what story to tell them
You tell stories in a single, clean lane, not scattered across ten ideas at once
You're chill with ambiguity — give you a vague brief and you'll turn it into a story that actually lands
You care about the numbers too — views and shares are nice, but conversions are the real scoreboard
You actually care about creative/EdTech, not just here for a paycheck Why this is worth your time:
✅ You get to be the voice of a brand from scratch — not fixing someone else's tone, building your own
✅ Direct line to founders — your content isn't going into review hell, it's going live fast
✅ Peer learning is non-negotiable here — we grow together, nobody hoards knowledge
✅ Fast feedback loops — post today, see what's working this week, not next quarter
✅ Front-row seat to building an EdTech brand from scratch
✅ Strong performers convert from intern to full-time — this is a launchpad, not a dead-end Ready?
Send your resume/portfolio + a short story or piece of content (2-3 lines) you've written that you're genuinely proud of, and tell us why it works. We care more about how you think than what's on your resume.
