Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality content including blogs, e-books, video scripts, infographics, presentations and website content.

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and leads.

Plan and maintain content calendars and editorial plans.

Create and distribute content across websites, social media, email and newsletters.

Optimise content for SEO, conversions and audience engagement.

Monitor and analyse web traffic and content performance metrics.

Conduct A/B testing and support conversion optimisation initiatives.

Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and editorial standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective content.

Gather customer feedback and generate ideas to improve audience engagement.

Continuously measure and optimise content performance.





Requirements

1.5–3 years of relevant experience in content writing/content marketing.

Experience creating content for websites and social media.

Robust writing, editing and storytelling skills.

Hands-on understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Experience with content calendars and editorial planning.

Understanding of conversion optimisation and A/B testing.

Ability to analyse and present content and social media performance.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong editorial mindset with an understanding of audience preferences.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in IT SaaS / CCaaS / B2B Technology or similar domains will be preferred.
