We are looking for a passionate Content Writer who believes in the power of words to inspire action and bring change. If you’re a storyteller eager to learn, grow, and make an impact through your writing, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write engaging and meaningful content for the Foundation’s website, social media, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns.
- Assist in creating donor communications, proposals, and awareness material.
- Support the design, outreach, and events teams to ensure content aligns with the Foundation’s tone of voice and values.
- Research and draft articles, case studies, and short narratives on inclusion, empowerment, and lived experiences.
- Help develop speeches, scripts, and talking points for the founder and spokespersons.
- Conduct basic research on inclusion, government schemes, DEI trends, and advocacy themes to support content development.




- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and empathy.
- Apply SEO basics and optimize content for better digital reach.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and storytelling initiatives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in English.
- Master’s degree in English.
- 3–5 years of content writing experience in NGOs, social impact organizations, digital agencies, or related fields.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, and storytelling techniques.
- Creative and empathetic writing style with sensitivity toward social narratives.
- Ability to research and write for diverse audiences, including youth, partners, and communities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices.
- Familiarity with content tools like WordPress, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- A motivated self-learner with adaptability and a passion for purpose-driven work.
