We're a high-ticket e-commerce mentorship business in the personal branding and info space. Every client we've closed this year came from content — no paid ads. We need an A-player: the person who watches a reel and knows why it worked, who spots a hook before it's everywhere, and who can protect the look and feel of a founder-led brand.
If Iman Gadzhi, Alex Hormozi, Shelby Sapp, Nick [surname] and the Indian e-commerce and coaching brands are already on your feed, you'll understand this role immediately. Strategy (the core of the job)
Own content direction for the founder's personal brand across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
Decide what we post and why — you brief, our creative director builds
Find and shape hooks. This is the highest-leverage thing you'll do
Study what's working in the info and e-commerce coaching space, globally and in India
Break down why content performed and turn it into a repeatable angle
Protect the brand's vibe
We're not a content factory. We'd rather post four things that land than twenty that don't. The exception is trial reels,
where we push volume to find what works and then double down. Operations
Run our Discord community and client communication
Keep client onboarding and updates moving smoothly
Route inbound Instagram DMs to the sales team (you won't be selling)
Track Typeform applications and lead flow
Schedule client calls, manage calendars, send reminders Who this is for
You have taste, and you can explain why one piece of content works and another doesn't
You're already deep in this space and notice the patterns
You think in hooks, angles and formats
You're organised — details don't fall through
You take ownership without being told
You don't need to be a writer or a designer. We have those covered.
A plus: personal brand or social media marketing experience, founder-brand content, video editing.
