We're looking for a Voice & Content Lead — the brain and the voice behind everything we post.

One thing up front: this role is for agency people. If you've spent the last few years juggling brands, turning briefs around in 48 hours, and writing in six different voices before lunch — this is the part where you get to do all of that for one brand. Yours. If you don't have agency experience, this one isn't for you. What you'll actually do

Own the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and everywhere else we show up

Write the hooks, the scripts, the captions — the stuff people stop for

Catch trends before they're trends, and know which ones we should ignore

Turn product truths into stories, not spec sheets

Work hand-in-hand with the videographer, design,



and performance folks so good ideas actually ship

Track what worked, kill what didn't, and be honest about the difference Requirements

2–5 years at a creative, social, or content agency. Non-negotiable. You've run multiple brands at once and lived to tell the tale A portfolio that proves you can write, not just brief someone else to

Agency speed and agency polish, minus the layers of approval

Real fluency with how Instagram and YouTube work right now, not in 2022
