CareerXperts is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing organization specializing in leadership hiring, technology recruitment, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and business consulting talent. We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing skilled to strengthen our employer brand and digital presence.

Key Responsibilitie

- Develop and execute engaging LinkedIn content for the company and leadership team
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns for multiple hiring requirements
- Write high-quality content including hiring posts, employee branding posts, blogs, and company updates
- Manage and grow CareerXperts presence across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Design and schedule social media campaigns to improve engagement and reach
- Coordinate with recruitment and business teams to promote open positions and employer branding initiatives
- Track social media performance and generate actionable insights using analytics
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, content strategies, and social media best practices




- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand messaging

.Required Skill

- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Marketing
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn content creation and employer branding
- Excellent written English with exceptional copywriting skills
- Experience creating engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar creative tools
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign management is an advantage
- Solid creativity, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience working with a recruitment, staffing, consulting, or B2B services company.

Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics, social media scheduling tools, and AI-assisted content creation.
