Role Description The Content Strategist will support the planning, development, and optimization of content across social media and digital channels for client personal brands. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience and competitor research, assisting in creating content calendars, drafting and refining web and social media content, and collaborating with creators, editors, and social media managers to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring content performance, suggesting data-informed improvements,



and aligning content with each client’s goals and positioning.

This is an internship role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and implement strong Content Strategy and Content Development approaches aligned with brand objectives.

Skills in Content Management, including organizing, scheduling, and maintaining content across multiple platforms.

Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with explicit, engaging, and audience-focused communication.

Strong research and analytical abilities to understand target audiences, trends, and platform best practices.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Jaipur, collaborating both in person and remotely with a distributed team.

Relevant academic background or coursework in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in content or social media is a plus.
