Role Description The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing clear and engaging content across digital platforms, including the company website, blogs, and marketing collateral. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves translating complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand language, ensuring consistency with brand voice and regulatory standards. Daily activities include researching industry trends,



collaborating with advisory and sales teams to develop informative content, updating and optimizing existing materials, and maintaining a structured content repository.

The Content

Specialist will also support campaign messaging, contribute to content strategy, and help improve customer understanding of Fynnedge’s products and processes.

Experience required: 2+ years of experience Salary: 25 - 30k Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for digital and marketing communication.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize content assets.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and convey information clearly.

Relevant experience in financial services, lending, or fintech content will be an advantage.

Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with SEO best practices are preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is desirable.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
