About the Role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Content Moderator with a robust background in design to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing and moderating e-commerce content to ensure high-quality standards. Your design expertise will also be key in making visual adjustments and enhancements that align with brand guidelines and marketplace requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate product listings, images, descriptions and metadata for accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand and platform standards.
- Perform quality checks on visual content (banners, product images, graphics) to ensure they meet technical and aesthetic criteria.
- Make design tweaks or enhancements using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma as needed.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers and e-commerce managers to improve overall content quality.
- Flag and correct errors in grammar, formatting, design alignment or product information.
- Ensure all content adheres to internal guidelines,



copyright regulations and platform-specific policies.
- Provide feedback to content and design teams to help them improve output quality.
- Work efficiently with project management tools and maintain daily productivity benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Media or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content moderation, quality control or e-commerce content editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Figma.
- Strong visual eye for detail, layout, colour balance and typography.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and their content standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven and quality-focused.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with e-commerce brands or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) tools.
