Content & Growth Strategist

Remote | Full time About the role

We're looking for someone who can be the face and voice of Kraftbase's content, and who also owns the strategy behind it. This is not a purely behind the scenes marketing role. You'll be scripting, shooting, and appearing in content yourself, while also identifying what's worth talking about in the first place.

You'll work closely with the design team to turn our project work, design breakdowns, and industry perspective into content that grows our reach and pulls the right audience toward Kraftbase. What you'll own

Spot relevant trends, conversations, and moments in design, AI, and SaaS worth commenting on or breaking down

Plan, script, and shoot content, including appearing on camera regularly across formats like design breakdowns, quick takes, and explainer style videos

Build and manage a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as we expand)

Translate technical and design heavy topics into content that's easy to follow for a broader audience

Partner with the design team to source stories, case studies, and behind the scenes material worth turning into content

Track what's working, learn from performance, and adjust format and topics accordingly





Represent Kraftbase's voice and point of view consistently across every platform we show up on What we're looking for

Comfortable and confident on camera, this is a core part of the role, not an occasional ask A strong sense for what makes content worth watching, whether that's a trend, a hook, or a way of explaining something complex simply

Genuine interest in design, technology, or the startup and SaaS world (you don't need to be a designer, but you should be curious about what we do)

Self starter who can take an open ended mandate and run with it, this role has real ownership and very few fixed boundaries

Experience creating short form content is a solid plus, but we care more about instinct and consistency than a polished portfolio

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team and stakeholders What we offer A genuinely open role. You'll have ownership over the content direction, not just execution of someone else's brief
