Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens our brand presence and communicates our mission effectively. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating compelling content across social media, blogs, videos, and marketing campaigns while staying updated with the latest digital trends.

Experience creating content in the ClimateTech, sustainability, agriculture, environmental, or climate change sector is highly preferred.

Create high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Develop creative concepts, captions, scripts, and storytelling content aligned with the brand voice.

Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.

Capture and edit photos and videos for social media and promotional campaigns.

Design visually appealing creatives using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Collaborate with internal teams to create content showcasing company projects, events, partnerships, and employee initiatives.

Simplify and communicate complex topics related to climate change, regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, nature-based solutions, sustainability, and ClimateTech into engaging, audience-friendly content.

Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance.

Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, emerging content formats, and developments in the ClimateTech and sustainability ecosystem. Qualifications:





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Demonstrated experience creating content related to ClimateTech, climate change, sustainability, environmental conservation, ESG, carbon markets, renewable energy, regenerative agriculture, or related sectors.

Robust understanding of climate and sustainability concepts, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling and accessible content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

Basic understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing.

Strong photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
