Entrust Family Office is a SEBI-registered, fee-only multi-family office headquartered in Bengaluru, serving ultra-high-net-worth families across South India and Mumbai. As the firm builds its editorial and cultural presence — spanning thought leadership, client communication, and public-facing initiatives — it is looking for a skilled content professional to own and elevate its video and social media narrative. ROLE OVERVIEW

This role sits at the intersection of production and promotion. The individual will shoot high-quality reels, podcasts, and video content, transform that raw footage into polished creatives for social media and YouTube, and then manage distribution and visibility-building across platforms. The role involves working closely with, and frequently shadowing, the Founder/Promoter for content capture at meetings, events, and public engagements — making flexibility, discretion, and stamina essential.

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office, Full-Time)

Reporting To: Founder & Managing Director

Experience: 5–7 years in video content creation and social media management

Nature of Role: Full-time, high-visibility role working in close proximity to the Founder KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Shoot reels, podcasts, and video content using both professional video cameras and smartphones, across office, event, and outdoor settings.
- Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready creatives (reels, shorts, long-form YouTube content, carousels, static posts) with strong visual and narrative sense.
- Manage end-to-end publishing across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, tailoring format and tone to each.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with the Founder's engagements, firm initiatives, and cultural/thought-leadership events.
- Drive visibility and engagement through organic growth tactics, hashtag and SEO strategy, boosted/paid promotion, and platform analytics.
- Shadow the Founder/Promoter at meetings, events,



and travel as required to capture authentic, timely content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, sound engineers, printers) as needed for larger productions.
- Track performance metrics across platforms and report on reach, engagement, and growth periodically.
- Maintain strict confidentiality given the sensitive, high-net-worth client environment of the firm.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in video shooting, content creation, and social media management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in shooting video through professional video cameras as well as smartphones.
- Strong working knowledge of editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent).
- Deep familiarity and hands-on exposure to all major social media platforms — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging formats.
- Understanding of platform-specific content strategy, algorithms, and paid promotion/boosting.
- A strong visual eye, storytelling instinct, and ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Prior experience creating content for a founder, promoter, public figure, or leadership team is highly preferred.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating prior shooting and editing work will be required at the interview stage. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Willingness to travel locally/occasionally for shoots and events as required.
