Mandatory: 6 months–3 years of experience as an in-house Content Creator for a product-based company, startup, or digital-first brand. Freelance experience may be considered only if supported by a solid portfolio.
Must have hands-on experience creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) from ideation to publishing.
Comfortable appearing on camera, directing shoots, and creating self-promotional and brand storytelling videos. Strong understanding of social media content strategy, audience psychology, and platform-specific best practices.
Experience in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools for content ideation and production is preferred. Portfolio showcasing original content with measurable engagement and growth is mandatory.
