About the Internship The Content Creator Intern will support the Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Social

Media, and Creative teams in developing engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to content creation, creative storytelling, social media marketing, content strategy, brand communication, audience engagement, and digital campaign execution. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that enhances brand visibility and supports marketing objectives within a dynamic staffing and workforce solutions organization.





Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing content calendars and executing content strategies.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content.
- Collaborate with Design, Video, and Marketing teams to create multimedia content.
- Write captions, articles, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Assist in planning and producing short-form videos, reels, and visual content.
- Optimize content for SEO, social media engagement, and brand consistency.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Maintain content libraries, brand assets, and documentation.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Skills & Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.• Strong creative writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.




- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn emerging content trends and digital marketing strategies.
