Overview

We are looking for a creative, internet-obsessed Social Media Marketer & Reel Creator who knows how to stop users mid-scroll. This isn’t a corporate "posting schedules" job. You will be the creative engine driving the organic presence for Creator City and our roster of disruptive brands.

You need to be a trend-hunter, someone who catches audio tracks, memes, and formatting trends before they go viral and translates them into aesthetic, high-engagement short-form video content (Reels, Shorts).

Key Responsibilities: Trend Spotting & Rapid Execution: Live on Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Spot viral trends, trending audio, and internet subcultures hours before everyone else, and turn them into relevant content for our brands immediately.

End-to-End Reel Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit highly engaging Reels and short-form videos. You should be comfortable both behind the camera directing and occasionally in front of it when a trend demands it.

Aesthetic Content Curation: Design and maintain a premium, cohesive, and "classy"

visual grid layout. Every post, story, and layout must align with a clean and high-end brand aesthetic.

Engaging Copywriting & Hooks: Write punchy,



relatable captions and click-worthy title hooks that maximize watch-time and trigger the algorithm.

Community Interaction: Manage active engagement across profiles—sparking conversations in the comments, running interactive stories, and building genuine hype around the brand.

Growth Tracking: Keep a close eye on reach, saves, shares, and follower growth to understand exactly what content formats the audience loves.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications): Social Media Native: You genuinely love social media. You understand the unspoken rules of Instagram, what makes a video shareable, and why certain content goes viral.

Mobile Editing Master: Proficient in mobile editing tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, or

Premiere Rush. You must know how to use pacing, text animations, and transitions to keep viewers hooked.

Creative Instincts & Aesthetic Eye: An excellent sense of framing, lighting, and premium visual composition. You know the difference between a cheap video and an elegant, high-retention aesthetic format.

High Energy & Hustle: A self-starter who doesn't wait for a brief. You see a trending audio at midnight, pitch an angle by morning, and shoot it by noon.

Bonus Points: Share a link to a portfolio, personal page, or previous brand accounts you've managed that showcase your video editing and creative style.
