Key Responsibilities

- SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Configure modules(e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize work flows to align with business needs.

- Techno-Functional Leadership

- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and over see their technical implementation.

- Process Improvement &Automation;

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

- System Integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
- Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.

- Ownership & Mentorship

- Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

- Troubleshooting & Support





- Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Educational Background
- BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
- Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).

- Experience

- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

- Technical Proficiency

- Solid understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).
- Familiarity with AWS,MS Office, and other related technologies.
- Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.

- Soft Skills

- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Able to analyze complex business challenges and architect efficient solutions.
