We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Construction Project Manager to support the coordination of residential and small-scale construction projects in the United Kingdom.

This is a remote role focused on project coordination, procurement, and supplier management. The successful candidate will work closely with UK-based suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and track progress against timelines
- Communicate with UK-based suppliers and contractors via phone and email
- Source building materials and request quotations from vendors
- Compare pricing and support cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Place orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival at site
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and communications
- Track project costs and assist with budget monitoring
- Follow up on delays,



resolve issues, and escalate where necessary
- Provide regular updates on project status

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in construction coordination, procurement, operations, or a related field
- Solid written and spoken English communication skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with construction materials or building projects
- Experience working with international vendors or UK-based suppliers
- Experience using task or project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana)

Pay: ₹23,275.30 - ₹91,202.05 per month
