We are currently seeking a Construction Manager, to join our Delhi Team, and this position will be directly reporting to JGM / Head of Construction

About the mission we offer you:

- You will be responsible as a construction manager to Elaborates and in cooperation with Project Manager and Head of Subcontracting, Construction, CSU, the Subcontracting strategy starting from that prepared during bid stage.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering, Civil / Mechanical or a related field.
- Minimum of 18+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Elaborates, in cooperation with Project Manager and Head of Subcontracting,



Construction, CSU, the Subcontracting strategy starting from that prepared during bid stage.

- Performs the Construction sequence analysis identifying the critical path, and giving to the Project Team the necessary input to define Project schedule.
- Defines the Construction Work Package’s list and associated release plan consistent with overall schedule; he is also responsible of the periodical update of the document during project development.
- Plans all the deliverables issue and activities to be performed by the Construction Department on the Project in accordance with the overall schedule and relevant resources allocated.
- Checks, in cooperation with Project Team, the availability of free issue deliverables (material and IFC drawings) for each Construction Work Package before the issue of the relevant notice to start to Subcontractor.
- Approves all the specific Project procedures and deliverables as in approval course.
- Supports and to drive the Constructability sessions preparation and to verify the implementation of the outcomes from Constructability sessions and follow-up At Site.
- Oversees and monitors all construction activities performed by all of Technip’s subcontractors for the project to which he/she is assigned.
- Implements safety programs and ensures site working conditions by supervising site clean-up as required.




- Coordinates all construction activities to ensure continuous delivery of work with no stoppage or delay.
- Handles with technical problems or drawings/specifications interpretation in case of need.
- Revises construction schedule when progress trend is deviating and develops strategies and corrective measures to ensure respect of the revised schedule.
- Checks and approves subcontractors’ invoices, in collaboration with the Subcontract Administration Manager, Cost Control Manager and Area Construction Superintendents before submitting them to the Site Manager for approval.
