Key Responsibilities

Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.

Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Identify project delays and recommend recovery plans.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Contractors.

Perform critical path analysis and resource planning.

Track productivity, material availability, and project performance.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status presentations.

Support billing, project forecasting, and cost control activities.

Ensure timely completion of project deliverables in line with contractual requirements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 (Mandatory).





Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.

Knowledge of project execution methodologies and construction sequencing.

Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered with relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, or infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with ECP (Enterprise Construction Planning), project reporting systems, and construction management software will be an added advantage.
