This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Road for a Conference Producer responsible for producing high-impact B2B conferences across Indian and international markets. The role involves identifying emerging industry trends, researching market opportunities, conceptualizing conference themes, and developing commercially relevant agendas that address the evolving needs of business leaders.

The Conference Producer will identify, approach, and secure senior executives, subject matter experts, and thought leaders as speakers while building long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.



Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Delegate Acquisition, and Operations teams, the role will oversee the complete conference production lifecycle—from concept development and speaker acquisition to event execution and post-event evaluation.

The ideal candidate is commercially aware, research-driven, highly organized, and passionate about creating conferences that deliver exceptional value to attendees and stakeholders. Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Conference Production, B2B Conferences, Event Management, or a related field.

Strong market research and analytical capabilities with the ability to identify emerging business trends.

Experience in conceptualizing conference themes, agendas, and content strategies.

Proven experience in speaker acquisition and engaging CXOs, industry experts, and senior business leaders.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple conferences simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related discipline.

Prior experience working on conferences for Indian and/or international markets will be an added advantage.

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
