About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Conceptualizer who can transform client briefs into compelling event experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling skills, creative thinking, and the ability to develop innovative concepts that align with brand objectives and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs and translate them into creative event concepts and themes.
- Develop event narratives, experience journeys, engagement ideas, and activation concepts.
- Create mood boards, presentation decks, and creative proposals.
- Collaborate with 3D designers, graphic designers, content writers, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Research industry trends, technology, entertainment, and experiential marketing innovations.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Client Servicing teams during pitches.
- Support event execution by ensuring creative integrity throughout the project lifecycle.




- Develop stage concepts, venue branding, delegate experiences, entertainment ideas, and engagement zones.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in event conceptualization, experiential marketing, or creative strategy.
- Robust storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and experiential design.
