Role Description The Computer Science Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that introduce and deepen students’ understanding of core computer science concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum, integrate technology into classroom activities, and support students in related mathematics skills where appropriate.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment,



communicating with parents or guardians about student performance, and participating in school meetings and career development. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rudauli.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Computer Science and Computer Science Education, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured, age-appropriate learning materials.

Competence in Mathematics to support computational thinking and problem-solving in computer science instruction.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Science Education, Information Technology, or a related field.

Prior teaching experience at school or college level, preferably in computer science or related subjects.

Effective classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage with families.

Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school initiatives and activities.
