Wintech Insights LLP is looking for 5 enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Computer Operators / Environmental Project Assistants . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have good computer skills and are eager to build a career in the environmental consulting industry. The role involves computer-based work, document preparation, data management, and assisting with Environmental Clearance (EC) projects. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and organize project documents using MS Word and Excel. Perform data entry, document formatting, printing, and report preparation. Maintain project records and digital files accurately. Assist in preparing documents related to Environmental Clearance (EC) projects. Support online applications and document uploads on government portals (training will be provided). Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project documentation.

RequirementsBasic computer knowledge. Positive working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new software and government portals. Positive attitude, sincerity, and eagerness to learn. Preferred (Not Mandatory)Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Ability to read and understand Kannada. Good communication skills. Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
