Key duties include monitoring system performance, running scheduled batch jobs, and performing routine data backups.

Core Responsibilities

- System Monitoring: Watch computer consoles, error messages, and network indicators to catch and fix problems rapid.

- Job Scheduling: Run, track, and complete daily data processing and batch jobs according to production timelines.

- Maintenance & Backups: Perform regular data backups, load storage media, handle printer upkeep, and manage hardware inventory.

- User Support: Answer IT requests, troubleshoot basic software or equipment issues, and log system events or errors.





Job Requirements

- Technical Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Unix) and basic hardware setups.

- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.

- Work Environment: Ability to document logs accurately and adapt to shift work or on-call hours in data centers or corporate offices.
