Key Responsibilities
HR Compliance
- Proficient in implementation of recent labour code.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage compliance under
- EPF
- ESIC
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Equal Remuneration provisions
- Maternity Benefit Act
- Factories Act
- Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable)
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Industrial Relations and Occupational Safety provisions.
- Maintain statutory registers, notices, and records.
- Coordinate inspections by labour authorities and government departments.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and renewals.
- Monitor contractor compliance, including labour licenses, wage records, PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and recommend corrective actions.
Administration Compliance Manage statutory licenses and renewals for factory and office operations.
- Coordinate fire safety, environmental, and municipal compliance requirements.
- Ensure housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and facility vendors comply with statutory obligations.
- Maintain records related to facility management and administration.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and security standards are implemented.
Documentation & Audit Maintain compliance calendars and trackers.
- MIS-Prepare reports for management on compliance status.
- Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Maintain SOPs, policies, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure proper record retention and document control.
Required Qualifications MBA / MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Labour Welfare.
- Degree in Law (LLB) is preferred.
- Certification in Labour Laws or Compliance Management is an added advantage.
