NJob Summary

nWe are seeking a Compliance Executive to ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and licensing requirements applicable to the Multi-System Operator (MSO) and Internet Service Provider (ISP) business. The role involves coordinating with government authorities, maintaining regulatory records, monitoring compliance obligations, and supporting audits and inspections.

NKey Responsibilities:

NRegulatory & License Compliance

- Ensure compliancewith all regulations issued by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB), Department of Telecommunications (DoT), TRAI, and other applicable authorities.
N
- Monitor compliance requirements related to MSO registration, ISP licenses and associated statutory obligations.
N
- Maintain and track license renewals, approvals, registrations and regulatory filings.
N
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory agencies for submissions, clarifications and inspections.

nDocumentation & Record Management

N

- Maintain statutory records, compliance registers and regulatory documentation.
N
- Ensure proper maintenance of subscriber records, Customer Application Forms (CAF), KYC documents and related compliance records.
N
- Prepare and submit periodic reports and returns as required by regulatory authorities.
N
- Maintain documentation related to network infrastructure, interconnection agreements, and broadcaster agreements.

nAudit & InspectionSupport

N

n
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
N
- Support DoT, MIB, TRAI,and other regulatory inspections.
N
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.
N
- Maintain evidence and records required for regulatory reviews.
N

nOperational Compliance

N

- Ensure compliancewith subscriber management system (SMS),



conditional access system (CAS) and ISP operational guidelines.
N
- Track implementation ofregulatory directives and communicate compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.

nLegal & Contractual Compliance

N

- Assist in reviewing agreements with broadcasters, LCOs, vendors and service providers from a compliance perspective.
N
- Coordinate with legal consultants on regulatory matters and compliance-related documentation.
N
- Track compliance obligations arising from contracts and licenses.
N

nQualifications

n

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration or similar specialization
N
- Additional certification in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Telecom or Corporate Law will be an advantage.

nExperience

n

N
- 2–5 years of experiencein compliance, regulatory affairs, telecom, ISP, cable TV, broadcasting, or related industries.
N
- Experience dealing withDoT, MIB, TRAI, or telecom/broadcasting regulations preferred.
N
- Experience in maintaining statutory records and regulatory filings preferred.

nSkills Required

- Strong understanding of telecom, ISP, and broadcasting regulations.

- Excellent documentationand record-management skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

- Attention to detail andability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.

- Ability to liaise effectively with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
