Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Research and Compliance Lead on compliance processes.
- Confidently address compliance nuances and ensure adherence to standards.
- Interpret internal policies and guidelines to recommend necessary actions.
- Review and evaluate compliance requests, proposing appropriate solutions.
- Enforce key compliance rules and regulations within the organization.
- Train employees on compliance standards, guidelines, and international laws.
- Manage tasks accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards.
- Familiarity with tools like DOWJONES, FACTIVA, and CAPIQ.
- Proficiency in handling international sanctions lists (SFIO, SEC, ITAR, OFAC, FINRA).
- Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
