What you ll be doing:

Reporting into the HRBP Lead based in Malaysia, you will provide localised hands-on support, while working in a global environment.

- Lead HR operations and compliance activities across India, ensuring adherence to employment legislation, statutory requirements, payroll processes, benefits administration, and vendor management.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, employee relations matters, performance management support, and HR documentation.
- Partner with managers and business leaders to provide practical HR advice, policy guidance,



and people solutions that align with business objectives and regional HR strategy.
- Drive HR reporting and projects, including workforce reporting, budget planning, vendor renewals, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enhance employee engagement and capability development by supporting learning programs, employee experience initiatives, and regional People & Culture programs

What skills and experience you ll bring on this journey:

- 3 5 years experience in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong understanding of Indian employment legislation, labour compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience managing multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and advise managers.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable working across local and regional teams in a matrix environment.
