NRole Overview:

NWe are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Company Secretary with 6–8 years of experience from a PCS firm to drive business development and client acquisition initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and promoting the firm's corporate secretarial, FEMA, governance, and advisory services.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients for secretarial and advisory services. ( Leads will be provided )

- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, investors, and qualified networks.

- Conduct client meetings,



understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

- Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and commercial quotations.

- Coordinate with execution teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

- Drive cross-selling andrevenue growth opportunities.

nRequirements:

- Qualified CompanySecretary (ACS/FCS).

- 6–8 years of experiencein a PCS firm.

- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, LLP compliances, and corporate governance.

- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and business development skills.

- Prior experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or advisory roles will be preferred.
